Step 2 – We’ll meet you, and view your home.

We’ll set up a time that works for you, and for us, to come and check out your home and learn more about your situation. We don’t consider you just another number or homeowner, we really want to hear about what situation you’re in, what problems you’re facing, and see if we can come up with the right solution for you. This stage also allows us to put together an accurate offer number for your home.

Step 3 – We’ll make an offer.

As long as everything is a good fit, we can make a cash offer – and you can decide if you want to take it or not.
